Cancellation Policy
- Order cancellations will be accepted only if requested immediately after placing the order.
- If the order has already been processed, shipped, or dispatched to the vendor, cancellation may not be possible.
- Orders for perishable items, such as food and supplements, cannot be cancelled once processed. However, a refund or replacement may be issued if the product quality does not meet expectations.
Refund & Replacement Policy
We strive to ensure the quality and safety of every product we deliver. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow the steps below:
- Report the issue to our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery.
- The complaint will be reviewed, and once confirmed by our team, an appropriate resolution will be provided.
- If the product received does not match the description or expectations, kindly inform our support team on the same day of receipt for further assistance.
Warranty & Manufacturer Issues
- Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. In such cases, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for resolution.
- Caninokare will not be responsible for issues related to manufacturer warranty claims.
Refund Process
- If a refund is approved by Caninokare’s management, it will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
